Good product but hard to remove the safeties on the ink. There has to be some easier way to keep the ink fresh. Staples is a great source for all products and this was no exception.

Hi Joyce I am very sorry that your yellow seems off. I can understand why you rated this so low. With this type of printer if the settings are correct the problem is usually that the printhead needs cleaning. The cleaning routine is reached from the printer's menu.
