I like HP but I was taken in by the "instant ink" program. I cancelled the program since wa don't print very often. I was in the middle ow tax work and was booked from using the inking my printer. I bough new ink and was up and running. Not pleased!

the ink is as expected but was supposed to get 50% rewards. Instead got no rewards. In the future will shop at the other office supply. 20% is better than nothing.
