You buy the printer and then are tied to the company for life for new cartridges, they even check now to prevent none HP ink use. It wouldn’t be so bad if they charged a reasonable price. But Staples and HP know they have you and charge an arm and a leg. Thankfully I print way less than I use too.

2 of the colors work just fine but there must not be any ink in the blue cartridge! I have installed it,"cleaned" the printer, run the maintenance page, all the things and still NO blue ink. I don't know how to get another cartridge, but these cost too much to pay for an empty one!
My printer would not print when I attempted to use the Ink that I purchased from you. Instead I got a message that the ink was counterfeit & so I had to replace it with new ink.
