So far all are fine except the Magenta which didn't print at all. It showed as full but I had to replace it and the replacement is fine.

I was not happy with the black ink cartridge. When I pulled the bar off of it so that I could insert the cartridge into my printer the ink splattered all over my beautiful new white dress and all over the stuff at my desk! It even splattered all over my paper with my list of passwords for on my computer so now I have no idea what they were. How frustrating! I never in my life had anything like this happen! You need to make it easier to get those bars off of the cartridges and you need to put a foil seal over the ink opening so that accidents like this can't happen! It really made a mess and I dread the thought of having to replace another cartridge.

Hello Debra It sounds like you had quite the fiasco with the leaked ink. I would like to apologize for this instance. Handling the cartridges carefully is essential to prevent incidents like this one. The tab I believe you referred to is not meant to be taken off. I think this caused the cartridge to leak.
