I really should have paid for attention to this printer. I hate these cartridges. They are hard to open and when you do you can get hammered with ink badly. I should have stayed with the 8600 printer series.

The quality and clarity of the copies are very poor. Black and white copies are gray and white. First yellow cartridge I received did not work. I returned it and got a replacement and the replacement yellow cartridge does not work either.
