The ink that i have purchased is not printing the right color the color green is printing out yellow and the yellow is coming out orange

Hi Berlinda I am very sorry that some of the cartridges didn't work properly. It is unfortunate that this happened to you! It is likely that the printhead needs cleaning or the settings need to be adjusted. Both of those can be done by using the printer's menu. If it appears that it is the cartridges themselves at fault you can contact the seller. Hi Donald I am very sorry that you had this problem. It is hard to say what is wrong. However it is unlikely that all eight of the cartridges are bad. First I'd check to make sure you got the correct cartridges. If you are unsure you can check here: hp.com/go/suresupply If that checks out you might have dirty or damaged electrical contacts. That can be a caused by even something as simple as a fingerprint. Carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with some kind of lint-free material to see if that helps the connection. If that does not help you can try a reset of the printer. Leave it on and unplug it wait a minute or two and then plug it back in. If nothing works I'd look into returning them.
