The cartridges work but tend to dry out over time and ink runs out before expected. Can not print as many pages as they claim in the advertisements.i.e. on my machine I get about 150 pages instead of 400 for a XL Black cartridge.

I checked the price and availability of the HP ink on-line which was $65.89. Then my wife went to the store to buy it not knowing the on-line price. The store charged her $71.99. That was purely a rip off.

I have had my hp printer for a while. I had the insta ink program but had cancelled being I was barely using. I purchased the ink and decided to see how long it would last me. I purchased on 9/16/23 and I ran out last week. I only used the printer 10 times. All for pretty small jobs. It seems like the only fill their in a little bit to force you into paying for their program. Upset with this company. I will be looking to replace my printer with a new company
