The Black XL lasts a fair amount of time. The color is gone in a flash and I don’t even use much color. It’s not Staples fault. HP has price fixing so it’s hard to find a discount. At least Staples still has these older cartridges.

Love HP inks. My print jobs always look great and HP inks were always my favorite. Excellent quality. You can probably buy cheaper but from experience it is NOT worth it. Use HP inks and you will be very happy with the results.
