I was gifted this HP printer and it’s nice but will complain incessantly if you try to use 3rd-party or re-filled ink cartridges. HP’s marketing and product people obviously think that most people would rather over-pay for ink rather than have their printer constantly beep and in this case they’re right.

I didn’t realize the trip-color was not High Yield. I had to use the Black cartridge right away. Color copies come out with reddish color. I did not change the old color cartridge yet. That might be why. Wanted to use the color until indicated it was needed.
