Replaced my empty color cartridge with this genuine HP cartridge. Not only does my printer not show full color ink but it's printing as if the color ink was not refilled. HP to blame not Staples but I will not be buying another HP printer after this wasteful and frustrating experience.

I checked the price and availability of the HP ink on-line which was $65.89. Then my wife went to the store to buy it not knowing the on-line price. The store charged her $71.99. That was purely a rip off.

I was gifted this HP printer and it’s nice but will complain incessantly if you try to use 3rd-party or re-filled ink cartridges. HP’s marketing and product people obviously think that most people would rather over-pay for ink rather than have their printer constantly beep and in this case they’re right.
