I just threw a Canon printer in the garbage. It was only about 2 years old. I had more trouble that I could believe with Canon. Never again....HP is a dream especially in making it work quickly right out of the box. So simple. Thanks HP this thing was designed by people who understand customer requirements.

like being able to get both inks that I needed in one package and it was much less expensive than if I bought them separately would absolutely consider buying the inks this way again. Like being able to recycle empty ink containers while at the store.
