Cartridges don't appear to be filled. Constantly running out after only short use.

Hi there Ron There is a simple solution to this issue. Check the ink levels before each use. It should be completely full. If the cartridge is dry try to clean it with a damp cloth. Gently dab the printhead for optimal results. Reinserting in the cartridge helps especially if you run a test print page afterwards. Amanda HP Care www.hp.com/support/

The HP Envy Photo 7155 is junk. Every two weeks or so it decides to stop printing. I then have to delete all jobs in the que go to settings select devices select printers select HP Envy Photo 7155 and remove it. Then I have to go through the process of reinstalling the printer. On some occasions I have had to uninstall and reinstall two or three time to get it to accept wireless print commands from the HP computers in the house. Did I mention that it goes through ink very quickly?

The ink I use is good but….it doesn’t last as long…I recently saw an e-mail I got and the letter in black….had lines through it?? And the color ink has a tendency to fade out…when getting low in ink?? I use the HP Ink 64XL.
