Hello Eric Unless you printed hundreds of pages in five minutes a cartridge typically lasts longer. I want to help you fix this situation. A leak or clog causes the cartridge to stop working. Check inside the printer and on the cartridge printhead. Clean the printhead if you see ink on it. If neither of these items is the cause then a return is best.
