The earlier version of HP 64 or HP64X which I used on the earlier printer I was told would work on the new printer. Unfortunately that was not the case and I had to purchase a new group of HP64XL/64. I wonder if the earlier printer had not died if these ink cartridges would have worked in it.

Printer has been in a storage unit in COLD Cape Cod weather and in HOT Florida this year… Turned on and made all kinds of “I’m making copies” noises… Just no print! Replaced the two old abused cartridges with two new beautiful cartridges the most beautiful cartridges and “Badda bing. Badda boom!”…I’m seeing print! Good as new!
