Last color cartridge I purchased had no magenta ink in it. New printer installed cartridge correctly after cleaning print heads & aligning still no magenta ink .....color sheets printed in very poor quality. Also very disappointed that cartridge recycle program now requires customer to spend a large amount within a few months to receive rewards. Certainly not an incentive to recycle.
