Neither cartridge had hardly any ink in them to be XL size. Printed less than 100 copies containing both colors. Ran out of black first then colored quickly after.

Hi Cindy One hundred pages for an XL cartridge is atypical. Still results vary by usage. I did notice you mentioned using color ink. If you frequently print assess how much color ink you are using. Photos in particular use a ton of ink. I would adjust your preset printer settings. Decreasing the print quality setting will save you ink. Amanda HP Care www.hp.com/support/

Ink saved my day thought the heads were shot but the ink an extra large tri-color and a reg. size black. Never knew you can get 2 sizes in one pkg.. Hooray to HP for the size pkg.

I just inserted the cartridges 1 Sept will not thir life useage and determine satisfaction at that time. When using the 61XL IU barely ot 2 months usage....and at the price that too much for me!!!

HP 64XL is an excellent printer cartridge. It not comes out well in black ink but it also comes out in vibrant colors. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a printer fit for HP 64XL.
