Hi there Gary,
I am sorry that the cartridges you were sent did not work. That sounds disappointing!
Your problem is a bit tricky. The cartridges could be defective, or it could be a compatibility problem.
One thing that you need to check is that the cartridges include 'z10' after the cartridge number (HP 950 or 951). If not, your cartridges were customized for a region other than North America.
If they are correct for your region, your printer must have been using cartridges from a different region prior to getting these ones. You will need to contact us about a "regionalization reset": hp.com/contactHP
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How can it be possible for the ink cartridges to be more expensive than the printer/copier/scanner?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can always count on good quality HP products. I have never had an issue with any HP products I’ve owned.
Black ink cartridge was empty or dried up. Although I was able to return it without having to pay the shipping, I got stuck with the initial shipping on a defective product.
This ink does not last long at all and I haven't printed anything but cleaned the printhead and aligned my printer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
