I always buy the 5 pack to try and save money. I was delivered a 5 pack on January 8th 2025. I replaced the cyan blue cartridge that day and that cartridge is empty today January 16th 2025. Something is wrong with these cartridges because I did not print that much cyan. Are these actual hp cartridges? Are these cartridges full of ink? Not happy.

I blame these expensive ink cartridges for the inexplicable and unrecoverable malfunction of my HP 8602 Printer Printhead - at least that is what the unclearable error messages showed - even after all the printhead maintenance procedures were completed. I bought the 7602 printer thinking it would be the current equivalent/upgrade but sadly found out it is missing some key features.

I was a little disappointed when I first got home and replaced the cartridges and I got an error message that my cartridge(s) was damaged. So the next day I returned the cartridges and received a new one no questions no problem. When I got home and installed the new cartridges no problem no error message! Thank you Staples!
