Very expensive and rewards program is a waste of time for consumers. Unless your a business you can't use rewards for returned cartrges because we do not consume ink like a business.

I can only say it is the same as it as it as always been. Never a problem only when I run out of the standard colors. I can't print only in black on my printer for some reason. It lets me for a little while then it states I have to purchase other color in order to print at all.
