Between HP and Staples this is the most expensive liquid. Overpriced that I probably won't buy anything from Stapled for many months. Until I get over my outrage I will buy all my office products from a competitor. Staples is not the only game in town..

HP has always had high quality and their service is extra caring. Their reps stick with the problem until solved. Sometimes they are a little hard to understand but eventually everything works out. I have been unable to complete some of the information because something has happened to two boxes and it won't allow my computer to finish the word.
