I work at a University with hundreds of vendors for products. I found that it was more cost effective and easier to purchase this product OTC at Staples vs. the so-called deals on our product contracts at the University. In fact I had no idea this product in the 4/pack was even available; so double kudos for Staples. Thanks for the savings and convenience.

The Good Bad and Frustrating

I have been using these cartridges for almost 2 years and find that they are easy to install and render a crisp clean document especially when printing on quality paper 20lb+. Those are the best things that I can say about the cartridges. The downfall is that they seem to run out of ink much too quickly and this can be very frustrating as the printer will not function at all if any of the cartridges are low on ink....even one of the color cartridges. This can be exasperating when you are only printing up a black and white document and the printer suddenly stops printing with the error message letting you know that you are low on magenta and need to install a new magenta cartridge to continue with your printing project......Additionally the cartridges are pricey but the HP All in One does an excellent job meeting the needs of my company...So you gotta take the good with the bad.
