Buying all the cartridges in one package made it simple to ensure that I would have all the colors I need whenever they each run out. Plus the cartridges are definitely small enough that having room for storing them is no problem. Buying the HP Brand also gave me piece of mind as they don't leak smudge or cause problems when loading or taking our the cartridges. Additionally buying all the colors the printer takes in one package made it a good economical deal - much less expensive than buying them individually.

This ink works perfectly in my HP Officejet pro 8600. I am glad that I have started buying the black in the XL since we seem to fly through it. I recommend that you do the same! The colors are also available in XL but you have to buy them separately. Would be nice if this pack included the colors in XL. I'm also very happy with Staples rewards discount for turning in empty cartridges. This can really add up to a savings. We are always looking for ways to save the org money. Thanks Staples!

I print on a daily bases and not only love my printer's quantity but quality too. With a high demand on print outs and graphic needs to printing full page books these cartridges last as described. The black lady much longer than color but the color doesn't end equally depending on the project. Color does not bleed through the pages when printing front and back. I'm very satisfied with both the printer and cartridges.

This ink is fine & seems to last a fair amount of time depending on how much you print. The cartridges are very easy to switch out and they can be shaken to loosen ink allowing additional copies to be made prior to having to change out the cartridge. One thing I do not like about the printer itself is that if you are out of one specific colored ink the printer stops printing not allowing you to print even black copies. Because of this I would suggest keeping a full spare set of each color and black as backup.

Can't believe how long this ink cartridge lasted. I purchased my printer in Dec 2013 and just had to change my ink cartridges last week. My old printer I was lucky if it lasted 2months. I love my new printer.
