i ordered these replacement cartridges online and they arrived the next day. It is very convenient to that quick of a delivery service and staples always makes it very quick. The product is an extra large version of the regular cartridges for our multifunction printer copier and fax machine. These are expensive to buy to begin with but i think you actually save some money when you buy the XL. They last a lot longer. We actually use this printer for photo printing which requires a lot of ink and these replacements last for long time

As a non-profit organization we try to save money anyway that we can and staples offers quality HP ink products that are delivered quickly right to our door. We use this product for daily printing of black and white documents and also for many of our in house brochures handouts and also for publishing for our fundraising events. The ink prints clear and smudge free on any type of paper or cardstock and the lettering is always clear even in a small print. I would purchase this ink for my personal use and recommend it to friends and family.

I highly recommend using this combo packet. Not only does it save $10 every time I buy as a combo rather than separate color and black ink cartridges but it also lasts a very long time. I have yet to receive smudges or damaged ink cartridges. There's always discounts on these ink packages as well! Working with an organization that prints a lot of letters and pictures I highly recommend to use HP combo ink packages.

This product is used in my classroom. It is used in a HP 8600 and works pretty well. The only complaint that I can have is that it does not provide enough ink. It only lasts a few weeks to a month if you're making several copies. It seems as if it used a lot when you first put it into the printer. I icon on the screen shows how much ink you have remaining and it details how much ink was used. Overall it's a good product however for its price I would like for it to lasts a little longer than it does.

Never a problem with this ink/cartridges. It's a regular purchase for our company. I only wish Staples offered the entire packet in XL. The cost is comparable to anyplace else but with the ink discount card and recycling of cartridges it beats the price of competitors.
