The ink quality is very good ... but I have to admit the price is very high. I would rather pay more for the printer and have the cost per page less expensive. For sure there is room for improvement.

The Hewlett Packard high yield black and standard color ink cartridges are awesome. The black high yield is way better than most standard ink cartridges. I have a very high fax volume that comes in and auto prints and this ink saves me a bundle on my office expences. The only complaint is that I wish the combo pack came with high yield color cartridges as well. It would save me so much time and money if they did come together in one pack. Again due to the high volume of printing I do in my office I wear out the color cartridges on a two to one ratio to the black inks.
