HP Extended Ink Cartridge

PIcking up my genuine HP cartridges on one trip while I return the empty cartridges for my reward points is so convenient. I just make one trip and never run out returning the empties and buying replacements. Easy and fast. No mess.

I enjoy shopping at Staples compared to a catalog for everything is laid out to compare. Yesterday for instance I purchased some red ball point pens that are eraseable. I didn't know that such an item existed. And Staples is only about 3 miles from my location.

Overpriced

The ink cartridges work fine as have my HP printers most of the time. And HPs online documentation library - even for long discontinued products - is an excellent resource. I try to console myself that I'm really paying for these other benefits when I have to pay the extortionary prices that HP - and all the other printer manufacturers - charge for their proprietary ink cartridges. Even with the Staples rebate for used cartridges and their "ink club " the price of these products never falls into what I would consider a reasonable range. As far as I know we don't really have any other choice. Recommendations: Quality=Yes Value for price=No

All XL Combo but Great-Hard to find

Not sure why these all XL Color & Black are not in many stores as the XL has a good yield per cartridge and saves trips.
