What can you say about an ink cartridge? They are something that I have to have. Hewlett Packard makes a good ink cartridge as far as they are easy to install and they do not make a mess. I do a lot of printing for both our construction company and for printing out color instructions and photos for the cake decorating business. The colors are vivid and the black is dark. I don't have any problems with smearing. The only downfall is they are expensive. I go through several cartridges a month.

Why mess with generic?

I had to try a generic ink -- a set of refilled cartridges off of the web with chips so they were compatible. They most decidedly were not. The printer didn't recognize them and wouldn't use them. Money down the drain! I have an HP printer an IP computer and now nothing but HP ink. I have to admit the printing has never looked better. Staples makes it SSSOOO easy as well. I ordered on line and it was delivered to my door the next day Don't try to save money...it makes the printing look cheap!

HP ink for HP printers is the best way to go to ensure excellent quality and reliability. These HP ink cartridges perform great in my HP Officejet 6500A multi-function printer.

This product has lasted me for over one year. I have never had ink last this long. No running or smearing; just clean crisp graphics.

We use hp ink for our printers. They seem to work better and the xl will last longer. As a bonus we receive rewards when we recycle the cartiridge back to staples.

What is th epoint of ordering something online to be picked up in store if the item is on the shelf in the store but they won't give it to you without a struggle? Why go through all this rigamarole? You need to make this much smoother. I got the manager to relent after my wife wasted a trip. Not a good experience.

Why buy anything other than HP ink? The quality cannot be beat. HP is a leader in the industry for a reason. Never have I bought an HP cartridge and it be empty or dried out unlike when I've bought recycled ones.
