The cartridges load easily. I have never had a problem. The only issue is the length of time that they last. The printers are relatively inexpensive and work reasonably well for several years. However the consumables are relatively expensive and depending on usage last at best about three to four months. It is enough of an expense to factor into a business budget. I will say that I never have had a cartridge jam inside the printer which happened regularly with older models.

We always use HP Inks because they work the best and last the longest of any others we have tried. The 2X's cartridges really do seem to last longer but we lways run out of the cyan first. Only wish the cost could be a little lower .

I always prefer to use HP replacement ink cartridges I have found that the XL packages last for quite awhile an important consideration if one prints in fairly limited quantities.

We bought a color printer/copier two years ago and the ink cartridges printed my documents with nice clear colors. I like HP products.

We have owned our HP printer for over a year now and done a ton of printing with it and just now had to replace the initial ink cartridges that it came with when we bought it!!!! The cartridges are a little pricey when you do have to buy them but they last a very long time! I highly recommend any printer that uses these cartridges! Staples is the best place to buy them because they offer a empty ink cartridge return and often offer rewards for recycling the empty cartridges with them. Two thumbs up!!!!
