HP inks

We always use HP Inks because they work the best and last the longest of any others we have tried. The 2X's cartridges really do seem to last longer but we lways run out of the cyan first. Only wish the cost could be a little lower .

HP Ink

I am a firm believer that all ink is overpriced. However Staples lessens the pain by offering occasional deals on these items. I would rather stick with original manufacturer for supplies than go to internet for better prices and risk quality of finished product or face the uncertainty of quantity of ink in the cartridge. I do not have the means or the time to compare the original HP inks to the aftermarket copycats. This would be especially critical for anyone doing photo printing.

Good value

This combo pack was a much better deal than buying each one separately. I really only needed black but will probably need color in the near future so I added up the cost of the three colors and XL black. I don't remember the exact difference but I think it was the equivalent of a free color cartridge.

I've had better luck with HP ink than remanufactured cartridges.
