The HP 950XL/951 ink combination is an excellent choice. The XL provides great printability and color as well as lasting so much longer than any other ink cartridge that I have ever used. In addition when purchased at Staples 9 times out of 10 there is always some sort of rebate.

HP 950XL 951 Color Ink Cartridges

These cartridges worked well and the printing is clear especially when you use high quality paper. The only objection I have is the cost of the cartridges - it is very expensive if you do a ton of printing which I do.
