HP XL ink cartridges

Have been purchasing HP ink for over 27 years and it has never failed me. I tried discount refills at the drug stores but they didn't perform like the authentic HO cartridges. I especially like the XL size ink cartridges as they seem to last much longer which saves me time and money. Really appreciate it when HP offers added discounts on purchases. I like the HP ink rewards program and hope they make it even more generous. I have three HP printers and buy only HP ink

The yellow in the cartridge does not print yellow....it is a mustard color. I called the store and they said they never heard of such a problem....that it must be the printer. Well the printer is barely two years old and was printing yellow perfectly before I replaced the entire cartridge. I have never have had a problem like this before. I have always used hp color. I was not impressed with the response from the Cambridge MA store that it was the fault of my printer. I asked if the cartridge could have mistakenly been a return b/c it was loose on the bottom and he said absolutely not. Linda Boucher

A few of the inks in the packets of four are not full and only give you half the ink that you payed for.
