Staples provides a good customers service. I had picked a wrong box of ink they let me return and exchange for it. Not only that I have reward program with extra discount everytime I am shopping at the store or online. It is good to know there is a store for you locally and you get fully satisfied service from them.

Love the printer and the ink but why is it so expensive? Cost me almost a hundred bucks for ink!
