I am very pleased with my ink cartridge. It worked well in my printer and i purchase plenty of my ink cartridges from staples. I don't understand why this specific cartridge is more expensive than the others. I have been a customer of staples since it has been in New Bern North Carolina. I enjoy shopping there but sometimes i find myself looking other places or stores for supplies. This ink cartridge has lasted well thus far and I have managed to get my work done and I appreciate having a staples store nearby.

Faded Ink!

I just bought this black and color ink cartridges and the red/pink did not work right from the get go.. It printed faded and it showed low ink and I just bought it.

WHEN I PUT IN NEW YELLOW MY MACHINE SAID THIS WAS NOT GENUINE HP TONER AND I WILL BE TAKING A RISK IF I USE IT. I BOUGHT FROM STAPLES IN ALLIANCE OHIO I AM USING BUT NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS MAY BEING NOT GENUINE HP TONER.

I really like buying all of the colors together however; for me they run out too fast. I would really like to see Staples carry the color 3 pk with the 951xl. I started buying those separately instead. For me the yellow runs out first every time then the blue then the pink. I also like that HP recognizes that it is a genuine ink cartridge. I always forget my cartridges when I purchase though I would like to see Staples honor the awards if you return them within a few days of purchasing new ones.

HP Ink is a very good quality. Another brand which I use on a different computer which is much more expensive smudges when I use a heavy paper. The mark-off less expensive alternatives are not as good with complex projects. How ever it is still very expensive
