Everything with the Staples part of the experience was great. The product itself is ridiculously expensive.

Good service when you run out of ink and can't make it to the store. It was convenient and fast. And ink arrived the next day.

I purchase the combo package for 2 reasons. One the price for combo vs individuals and the convenience of having the color I need when I need it and not growling becuase I ran out of a color and don't have it. I also buy HP brand for the quality of color and the amount of copies I get from them.

Easy to install - quite pricey I think - but guess they make their money on ink and not the discounted printers.
