We have had GREAT experiences with Staples from placing an order on line to having it delivered to our office. The orders are placed one day and the next day they are delivered with the exact order never had anything missing from the order. Staples has set the bar high and should become an example for other companies on line to follow. Staples Gets it Right! Thank you!

These work and the remanufactured ones didn't because HP puts out these updates that make other company's cartridges not work. We just have to play the game if we want to print.
