I ran out of colored ink for our business printer and decided to stop by Staples on the way to the office. I was saddened when the store did not have what I was looking for and only offered the multiple pack including the black ink. I already have a good stock of black inks and would have preferred not to purchase another one. This may not be a big deal overall but with three different hangers which can hold multiple packs all were empty. I would still recommend Staples to people as their mail-order is always reliable.

Nothing but problems since we got it. Had to call HP twice for tech support. I’ve been an HP printer guy all my life and this is the only troublesome one so far. Every day there is some new. Today I printed out 2 pages but only one printed and I had a message that I had to remove the paper from the output tray! Are you kidding me! Hopefully it’s user error or inexperience. And I hope it’ll get better.

They seem to last longer than my old toners for the 750 HP printer Love this new printer--8600 and the cartridges are also so easy to replace.

Not much to review here. If you need these replacement cartridges you need them. They work fine. It's nice that Staples gives you a credit for recycling the empties. But HP replacement ink cartridges are notoriously expensive and this combo-pack is no exception. It doesn't even save you much vs. buying the cartridges separately.
