This product is good BUT buyer needs to be aware of the online price prior to going into a STAPLES store. This confusion should not exist when it is within the same office supply business.

I like the printer along with the ink usage. I bought my printer in March and I've recently had to replace it for the first time. I enjoy the makes and models of Hp printers.

This product is questionable. The only cartridge that was low was cayne. Printer would not work unless all were replaced at the same time despite a previous message that indicated that replacement was based on individual catridge status. Be that as it may I replaced all cartridges. Hey what choice does one have. Low and behold the yellow cartridge has a lower ink content than the others. Haven't printed one page and its status shows that. Not happy about spending big bucks for "not so full cartridge".

I was greatly surprised to see at the point of arrival that all four colors came in one box NOT in individual air tight foil packages. I'm fairly sure that they will last until I use them when it becomes time. At least I hope so.

It never fails to amaze me that Staples.com orders actually DO arrive the next day even when I order supplies late the afternoon before!
