Happy to be back with HP. Tried some knock-off online but the colors were not good. And the timing was right for one of Staples discounts. I'll remember to stay with Staples and the original HP products.

Runs out of ink extremely fast

I bought our hp officejet pro 8620 in July 2014. We did not have to change ink cartridges until December 2014. After changing the 1st set we have replaced 2 more times in the last 2 months. I have done everything hp told us to do to get the best use of the cartridges. With no avail 1 week after replacing them the 3rd time it is telling me 2 of the colors are empty and now cant use the printer. I would not recommend these cartridges to anyone.
