Short life

HP makes there cartridges with a very short life compared to the price you pay for some ink. I pay for the cost of a new printer every 3 months in ink cartridges alone and I don't print that much. You have no choice though.

Product looks find like any other similar item I have bought in stores... arrived okay and on time. Very disappointed though with the fact that the 3" x5" item came shipped in a 5" x 10" x 14" box??? Really unnecessary over packaging you guys should rethink that.

It's nice to be able to get an XL cartridge of black since that's always the first color to go. It would be nice if inks didn't cost so much. You can almost buy a new printer for the cost of a pack of cartridges.
