The cyan cartridge in this Pack ran out of ink after one week. I suspect it was defective but have no way to prove that this was the case.

We enjoy Staples products and you have some very knowledgeable staff. Professional and very helpful. Will continue shopping there and also the store is very clean well kept and adequately lighted. Have no problem finding the items we need but if we do not find them help is only a step away. Your ink exchange is very helpful to a business owner and saves a few pennies in the current economy. Your Titusville store is always very busy and we enjoy shopping there. Very well location and easy to drive into and leave without interruption from traffic.
