Staples is my place to purchase my ink cartridges for my very busy printer for my business. I usually purchase the ink cartridges from the Staples store near me and use my 10 percent discount that I am signed up for. I always keep extra printer cartridges in stock for when I run out. I never want to be without my printer cartridges as I run a very busy office. The printer cartridges are very reliable and if I get a "dud"; I can just run it over to my local store for a replacement. This time since I was just ordering replacements for another time; I decided to order them online. Very fast shipping and same price including my discount.

I just purchased a larger printer and these are the ink cartridges that it requires and I am anxious to see just how much printing I can get with the new XL size as I do quite a bit of printing for my veterans group and having the seperate color cartridges will help me out as I use more of the red and blue ink when I print for them. As this is fairly new to me I really can't say just what the difference is but I'm sure it will be a big help with Memorial Day flyers and parade notices being printed.

This product would be better and make more sense if the color cartridges were also high yield. Why do I run out of one color before the others? Then I have to buy yet another cartridge separately. Is this done on purpose? It seems that way. For those of us who use a lot of ink this is very disconcerting. I really like the printer I'm using but isn't there a way to design one with an even greater capacity to install and store ink? Also there should be a way to default to black only in a very easy user friendly manner.
