Excellent Service and quality product. A bit pricey when compared to Costco.

After having the Staples re-fill I will only use the HP brand. This was a big mistake on my part. The re-fill "exploded" in my printer. I am still waiting for the credit to my credit card.Staples did take care of this in a very timely manner.

I prefer buying the larger packages.. saves me from having to order every 3 weeks.
