I’ve tried numerous HP toner clones over the years some worked OK but miost smeared and clogged the printer. I don’t need the hassle of my printer being down. I made the decision to spend a few bucks more and buy the HP since I’ve NEVER had a problem with it. You get what you pay for!

We have tried other cartridges and found them to be inferior to those from HP which also proves trying inexpensive is not always better. The cheaper cartridges colors were awful. The red one started out RED but about 1/2 way through the color changed to a shade of brown!In the end you spend more replacing a cartridge way before it's necessary.
