Poor Ink quality. if printer is not used on a regular basis ink drys up in the printer head creating poor printing more expense or purchase a new printer. Very disappointed in HP printers lifespan.

Like the product in general. HOWEVER do not appreciate that cannot continue print in black if color cartridge(s) should become depleted -- even if more than ample amount of black ink remains. In short quite irked about being obliged to purchase more color cartridges whether wanted or not.
