The ink is good enough but not only do the HP devices try to get you to replace long before going empty but doing so empties my bank account. Hard to run a business that relies on paper and ink when the ink costs more than your inventory! Where's the industry disruptor for ink like they have for watches and razor blades????

I have always had success using HP ink cartridges. The cartridge is well-made the ink is smooth and deeply colored. No complaints. Except why do they cost so much? It is made from plastic and has some ink in it. Are consumers meant to pay forever for the cost of the design/manufacturing? Can it cost them more than $3 to make it? Come on HP your cartridges are the best around but can't you lower the cost a bit?

I've used this ink pack for many years have no complaints. I dont do heavy printing so I get a good run from cartiages. Pro: No mess and no fuss getting the cartridges in or out of the printer. Con: pricey especially if you are doing heavy printing.
