Good but pricey... HP has a "Kodak" marketing vision i.e. make and sell good quality cameras that are inexpensive and below margin then make film and sell processing services that are relatively expensive. HP does this with good-quality printers and multi-task devices (all-in-one printer copier fax machine and color photo printer). But their replacement toner cartridges are "pricey". In just two cycles of toner replacement I've spent the equivalent of the cost of my all-in-one office printer ! OUCH ! Inks should not be this costly !!

HP 950 &951 Ink cartridges

I purchased a H P 950 XL 951 Color Ink cartridges Combo Pack for my H P Office Jet Pro 8600 Premium Printer. I buy the 950 XL cartridge because it contains a larger amount of ink.. The quantity of ink in the color cartridges are the same in all the packages. This package deal is a good buy and then I have the cartridges on hand when the particular color or black are depleted. I get good quality color on prints of my photographs and posters. The photographs keep their color when displayed and exposed to light.

I buy this HP ink in the Combo 4/Pack because its an excellent product and is trouble free but I do consider it to be very pricey. HP's profit margin on it must be outstanding.
