This order was delivered on a rainy morning. Both the carton of reams of paper and the ink were left outside my back door without the benefit of plastic bags to protect them. Both boxes were soaking wet when I discovered they had been delivered. I AM NOT HAPPY!!

Well I love my HP and associated product which give me good clear printed materials including pictures. But the price is sooo very high.

Bought as back up since expect to need it soon. I'm not expecting any surprises since I have a history of positive outcomes in terms of value and service by Staples. The results have consistently proven good when this same product was bought at Staples in the past.

Great ink just too bad it costs as much as a new printer costs.
