The lady helping me was very nice but the person in charge was a bit short with her when she asked for some help. I was taken back by his attitude.

The HP XL ink cartridges have lasted in my home HP printer for quite a long time. I tried a 3rd party ink cartridge which was a total waste of money so I'll wait for good deals on the original HP cartridges.
