Within two days the cartridges arrived. Like the razor blade companies figured out a long time ago "sell them the razor for next to nothing" and make the profit on the blades. These cartridges are outrageously expensive. But the purchasing process is smooth as silk. And the printer works very well.

We have 5 printers that require this ink cartridge. We are very pleased with the convenience of ordering on average 2 multi-pack per month. Changing the ink cartridges is simple clean and easy. We feel the price is very reasonable. Thank you for a great printer and ink cartridges!
