Purchase arrived quickly and ink cartridge package was in pristine appearance. Did not open the package to use at this time. Order was to keep a good supply of ink cartridges on hand.

Ink cartridges are fine. Disappointing that there was a sign saying coupon for 25% of purchase... when I asked cashier he said it would show up in an email. Never received it. Advertising not clear:/ or misleading

The printer itself is excellent but because I use Apple products I am having a hard time configuring it’s settings. This is very frustrating.

I buy all my toner at Staples but they don't add to my reward account.
