I’ve never had any issues getting a cartridge at staples.

I turned in my recycled cartridges before my purchase and was given a receipt prior to being asked if I needed anything. After purchasing the new cartridges I didn't get a discount for handing in the recycled cartridges. Is that correct?

As long as this is a OEM ink cartridge replacement I am good with that. I do not have success with generic brands of ink cartridge.

We always buy our ink cartridges from staples. We also enjoy the rewards we get from time to time.
