I have been happy with this product- rather expensive but produces good color prints & easy to install

Works well but the ink doesn't last long for the price of the cartridges... but that I don't guess is Staples fault. Usually love HP Printers but this one seems to drink ink.

I find the factory ink good quality but stagger out of the store after paying the price.

For the price of refilling the ink cartridges I could have purchased a new unit

These ink cartridges are way too expensive. They are not any better than the counterfeit ones you can buy on line.
